Spectacular reaction game. Anyone who can count to 5 can participate!

Each player receives a face-down pile of cards. Each card contains one or more fruits. Each player takes turns turning over a card and placing it on top of any previously turned over cards. This way, only one card is always visible to each player.

If exactly 5 of a particular fruit are visible, all players try to ring the bell as quickly as possible. Whoever does this first gets all the open cards. Anyone who runs out of cards is eliminated. Who is the last one left?
