Radium Dry Carbon Fibre Fuel Cell Lid — 10 & 14 Gallon RA-Series

This optional dry carbon fibre lid is a premium upgrade for Radium Engineering RA-Series fuel cells, replacing the standard powdercoated aluminium lid. At 68% lighter than the aluminium equivalent, it is the ideal choice for weight-conscious motorsport builds where every gram counts.

Manufactured in the USA from pre-impregnated 3K filament, 2x2 twill weave dry carbon — the same construction used in high-end motorsport bodywork and structural components.

Suits: Radium Engineering 10-gallon and 14-gallon RA-Series fuel cells only

Important Notes:

• Compatible with 10 and 14 gallon RA-Series fuel cells only.
• Discontinued 15-gallon RA-Series fuel cells are also compatible with 13-0410-01.
• If purchasing with a fuel cell, this lid ships in a separate box and must be installed by the end user.
• The standard Radium aluminium lid cannot be exchanged for this product.
• Do not overtighten any bolts — excessive torque may crack the carbon fibre resin.

Installation Notes:

• If removing a drop-in fuel pump assembly (e.g. FCST), refer to those specific instructions first.
• Use a 5/32" (4mm) Allen wrench for the stainless steel button head bolts.
• Use a 7/16" wrench for the flange head nuts underneath the perimeter bolts.
• Use a micro screwdriver for the Phillips head screws securing the inspection plate.
• Do not overtighten any bolts — cracking the carbon fibre resin is not covered under warranty.
