The Morgan Premium Recoil Pad uses CNC Machined aluminum mounting plates.  The #14L has the standard Curved shoulder pad that provides a stable, repeatable position on the shooter's shoulder.  It uses the longer Butt Plate that measures 1 7/8 inches wide by 5 13/32 inches long, and is meant to be trimmed to match the stock by the installer.  The mounting holes in the Butt Plate are spaced 3 3/16 inches apart on center, but the lower hole is slotted 3/8 inches long for increased flexibility.  The recoil pad adjusts up and down (11/16 inch rise, 13/16 inch drop).  By adjusting the amount of squeeze on the recoil absorbing sponge rubber, the feel of the pad can be changed (harder/softer).  All Morgan recoil pads will add about 1 1/4 inches to the length of the stock, and include instructions on mounting and adjustments.  Morgan recoil pads do not rotate or move sideways.
