Gasteria is a genus that includes a variety of unusual houseplants related to Haworthia and Aloe. Gasteria are notable for their stiff, textured leaves arranged in a distinctly distichous leaf pattern. Leaves can be marked with interesting patterns and colors. These unique succulents are intriguing on their own or added to a mixed succulent garden. Blooms a long tubular flower on occasion.
