TIP: Gently dry brush the skin on the face moving upwards, and on the body, DRY, before applying products, desquamation is extremely important before any facial or body regime, for the body you can use the sensitive balm as a body moisturiser, then cleanse, exfoliate, then pat the skin on the face dry and apply the mask for 10-15 minutes, remove and pat the skin dry again then apply the sensitive balm, with the fingertips, then the palms of the hands., the balm can applied to the scalp for dry areas.
