Description:
After returning to the Red Hot Chili Peppers for the first time in 16 years since "Stadium Arcadium," John Frusciante released a series of albums, "UNLIMITED LOVE" and "Return of the Dreamscanteen," and made a splash. According to him, "I needed to clear my head after a year and a half of writing and recording rock music," so he is releasing a solo work as soon as possible. The content is a live electronics piece that makes full use of synths. The release is from Berlin's AVENUE 66, which is also known for releasing works under the name TRICKFINGER. Along with avidly listening to electro/avant-garde artists such as Chris Watson, Peter Rehberg, Bernardo Parmegiani, Clara Lewis, and Ryoji Ikeda, he was also influenced by John Lennon's tape and mellotron experiments at home during the Beatles' era. The electronic soundscapes are full of charm, with an exquisite vintage feel and his unique singing style. The CD and LP were released simultaneously, with the CD version containing more songs, but some tracks are only included on the LP version. Also, the jackets and titles are different. Fans will want to get both.
